STAOC is looking to hire IN HOUSE ONLY technicians to provide excellent Handyman services to Residential Occupied Homes. **PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING: We are a 100% LEGIT Licensed and bonded Company and we therefore require you to complete proper HR Paperwork, W9, Background Check, Direct Deposit Form, Subcontractor Waiver Form, Contractor Info Form. **DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO COMPLETE THESE! Thank you :) MUST HAVE: General Contracting/ Handyman type repair experience for residential occupied homes including some or all of the following: * Plumbing repairs * Electrical repairs * Appliance replacements/install * Painting/sheetrock * Flooring/carpentry * Fencing/masonry *Roofing repairs/leak assessments *Window repair/replacement * Minor HVAC & Furnace repairs Requirements: ** Must have own transportation, Valid DL & Own Tools. We pay for the materials... **Reliable, communicative and have time management skills. Avg work load 3-7 jobs per day depending on needs.. **Can work independently with minimum supervision & take directives from the coordinator assigned to you. **Professional & Courteous Demeanor (these are occupied family homes). No face or visible neck tattoos please.
