My new Ask Me Anything 10-week program, starts Friday, 1-27-23 and continues till March 31. It will be held in Norwich, at Foundry 66, 66 Franklin St. Fridays, 10:30-11:30 am January 27- March 31, 2023 Winter Healthy Living series: “Eat WELL, Live STRONG “ 1 hour in person / FACEBOOK live event Speakers Me, PLUS "Foodie “specialists, dieticians, health professionals, chefs, private citizens with compelling stories, fitness professionals. One of my first-year gardeners mentioned that learning to grow food was a great skill, but that she also wanted to learn more about how to use the food, cook and prepare it. I know that you love to grow food, like I do. My mission this year, is to teach as many people as possible, simple skills to gain confidence and to have great growing success. I will offer these programs and include specialists to help educate and motivate our community, young and old, to learn these simple skills, and to become healthier at the same time.
