We enhance our human experience when we connect to ourselves and others in a safe space. This wellness event will take place under the February full moon as a way to relax and practice compassion.

1:15 Doors close + 30-minute sound bath begins
1:45 Sharing Circle + Journaling
2:30 - 3:00PM Connection + Mingle

What to Bring
- A journal and something to write with
- A yoga mat or blanket
- Water bottle
* Dress in comfortable clothes
