Join us at The Spiritual Bar for an evening of healing, self-love, movement and community. We'll start the night off with journaling and affirmations, shining light on what it means to be a Black woman in today's world. Followed by a 60 minute gentle yoga practice led by Dawnbee (Sweet Rain Healing), all levels are welcome to participate, and don't forget your yoga mat! The last 30 minutes of the evening participants will have time to be in community and get to know each other, all while sipping on a special blend of Self-Love Tea made by Kia! This event is for Black women, curated by Black women to remember our worth and power during Black History Month. Reclaim your divine right for a healthy and peaceful life, and pull up sis!
