We are looking for a handyman technician to help us grow. Candidate will be a self-starter, problem solver, and result-driven individual. The ideal person also enjoys implementing new processes and learning new skills. This person can take the lead and communicate well with employees and clients exemplifying excellent customer service skills. DH Construction offers a variety of construction and handyman services. We service apartment complexes and HOA's with routine repairs and improvement projects. We also service public municipalities to include the City of Norfolk's Single Family Home Rehabilitation Program. The responsibilities of this position Complete assigned tasks Work independently Work part of a crew with the ability to lead a small crew of 1-3 people at times. Manage and document service tickets and daily logs. Complete jobs without supervision. Applicants must have a smartphone, know basic computer skills and have a 0+ driving record.
