The Enneagram is a system that describes 9 different, yet integrated personality types. While other personality profiles show us WHAT we do, The Enneagram shows us WHY we do it, and our unique paths to personal growth and understanding. Working with the Enneagram allows us to grow compassion for ourselves & others, release judgment, communicate better, and ultimately become more effective leaders. In this workshop, specifically, we will discuss The Enneagram through the lense of "Leadership." In this 75-minute workshop, we will discuss: 1. What is the Enneagram? 2. The 9 Core Types 3. How our personality type impacts our leadership 4. Opportunities for growth Prior knowledge of The Enneagram is not required for this workshop, however I invite you to take the assessment (IEQ9) before the session for additional context.
