 Baylor’s Center for School Leadership stands ready to help your school leadership team identify your unique challenges and learn to apply a research-based approach for sustainable improvement.  How is this event different from other events? Many educational events provide professional development while not actually addressing school-wide improvement. Our approach equips your team to find new solutions that will propel your school towards your goals with greater team engagement and effectiveness. TOGETHER YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT THE ADAPTIVE CHALLENGE FRAMEWORK AND MAKE REAL PROGRESS AS YOU:
 What we need from you: 1) One team of administrators and teachers (3 to 10 members that must include at least one administrator and one teacher) 2) Your selection of one problem of practice you would like to address 3) Other schools with whom you might like to work (optional – you can suggest up to five other schools) Cost: $3,000 per school (up to 10 team members may attend) OR $600 per person (Individuals attending alone should follow this LINK TO REGISTER) Includes...
