Bring your sweethearts to The Garden on Thursday, February 9th to learn together from Cookie Artist Becky Sizemore about how to decorate cookies beautifully! Ages 13+ welcome! During this workshop, you will be taught step-by-step how to use royal icing to bring your cookies to life. You will learn to work with royal icing to design elegant cookies for your 2023 Valentine's Day! Each student will have six pre-baked Valentine's Day-themed cookies to decorate and take home. Each registrant will be able to utilize several of Becky's tools for decorating during the workshop. Registrants will go home with six decorated cookies, practice sheets, instructions, and a goody bag full of surprises. This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience in cookie decorating. Cookie artist Becky Sizemore currently works at “Icing for Izaac” as their cookie decorator. She also has experience from being a class room instructor at Country Kitchen back in 2018. She actually found her passion for cookie decorating after attending a cookie class at CKSA while being employed there. She continued to grown her passion and skills by having her own cookies business from home. She now wants to share her passion with others by hosting fun ,exciting decorating classes. With her knowledge of baking, tools and equipment, and exceptional ingredients she uses her skills to show you a variety of techniques and invites her students to come prepared to elevate their cookie game. Registration is $55 per person. Limited to 16 attendees.
