Looking for Home Improvement Techs to work with

I'm a landlord and property manager and I've had the hardest time finding people I actually want to hire on jobs. So, I'm going back to "swinging the hammer", meaning working on the properties myself. Now I'm looking for people to work with. It'd be nice to build a crew and be able to help each other out. Working alone is lonely sometimes. Its nice to work with other people. Type of people I like to work with: - generally friendly and out to help people out - high motor, people who are trying to get a much done as possible - like doing quality work - like what they do and appreciate the opportunity to work - are constantly trying to make improvements when it makes sense - try to work to code or close to it - can use technology to do a quick google search on code requirements when it doubt - present themselves well to a customer - save 10% of their paycheck for a rainy day - have a full set up of tools - generally keeps a clean mind and body. The type that has occasional celebratory indulgent but doesn't make a regular habit out drugs including alcohol. - likes music on the jobsite - is easy going and adaptable but also dependable Type of people I don't like to work with: - jaded people that think everyone is out to screw them - who walk slow - who say "you get what you pay for", or "its better than it was" as an excuse for doing poor quality work. If you get paid to do a job, do that job well regardless of the condition of the property overall - that resent work - that are constantly trying to reinvent the wheel even when the wheel works well - that do work that looks rigged up - who can't use a smart phone - live month to month - haven't invested in themselves enough to be willing to buy tools - have bad habits like habitual drug or alcohol use that wears on them over time - has a hard time with change but expects others to deal with their lack of reliability If you think we are like minded and your looking for steady work or a possible partner when it comes to repair and renovation work, reach out.
