Calling all my brave, beautiful ladies to come out and join me and some amazing entrepreneur friends of mine on a journey of self discovery! This is a 4-part brunch series and you do not have to come to all 4 but, we would love to have as they do layer on each other as the weeks go by. This is a brunch series so, there will be food and drinks of course!! Week One Feb 5th: Body Positivity- This will be hosted by me! Owner of Amore Planning Co. (Wedding Planner) that will be launching this April! I have been a body positivity model for about 2.5 years now and I do it purely to learn to love me each time I am photographed. I have encouraged 3 of my friends to do their first boudoir shoot and it has been amazing to see them on their journey of self-love. We will be turning our bodies into canvases of expression. Please come with a white tank top or crop top, whatever makes you feel comfortable. We will be doing some self reflection with paint. We will be doing a short workout you won't want to miss and how to start or continue a healthy relationship between you, your body, the gym, and food! https://www.evolvecoachingstyle.com/ Week Three Feb.19th: Skincare Love- Gianna, the owner of A-Peeling Beauty in downtown Raleigh is going to be teaching us how to love the skin we are in and how to enhance our natural features. She offers all types of services and makes her own natural skincare as well! IG:@apeelingbeauty Week Four Feb. 26th: We will be celebrating all our growth by having an open mic! This can just be you talking about your journey, spoken word, singing, art you have created, however you would like to express yourself!
