This has been an amazing process and we cannot wait to share the next step of the journey with the Greater Fort Hood area and Killeen community.” Rock Springs Changes is an outpatient mental health clinic in Killeen, TX, part of the greater Austin metropolitan area. We provide Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Our programs offer compassionate behavioral health treatment for adolescents (age 13+), adults (age 18+), and specialized treatment for military, veterans, first responders and other frontline professionals as part of our Help for Heroes program.
