Rock 108 and Millstream Brewery are proud to present the first annual Rock 108 Winter Bockfest. Beer, brats, burgers, pretzels, contests, prizes, and the well-loved Barry Boyce Band live on stage. Admission Tickets are $10 for all ages. Admission price includes one (1) free drink ticket (this may be used for either an alcoholic beverage or a non-alcoholic beverage) Ticket sales begin Friday, January 13 at 4pm CST and are on sale until Friday, February 10 at 12pm (noon) CST. All participants who wish to drink alcoholic beverages must provide a photo ID at the door, the day of the event. This includes those who prepurchase their tickets. Food and Seating Food and drinks will be available for puchase during the event. Food provided by Price Creek Event Center. Beer provided by Millstream Brewery. Seating and tables will be provided at a first come, first serve basis. Wrist bands will be provided at the door to help bartenders identify participants who are 21 years or older. NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY ENTERING THIS EVENT, YOU GRANT NRG MEDIA, LLC RIGHTS TO ALL FILM, PHOTOGRAPHS AND OTHER RECORDINGS MADE/TAKEN OF YOU DURING THIS EVENT. When you enter this NRG Media, LLC event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by NRG Media, LLC and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar NRG Media, LLC events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of NRG Media, LLC. You release NRG Media, LLC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by NRG Media, LLC or the person or entity designated to do so by NRG Media, LLC. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. Those wishing to participate in the Rock Bock Ambassador photo contest will be asked to sign a waiver in order to be considered. COVID-19 Liability Waiver While we are taking measures to enhance the safety of our visitors, performers, and employees, there are still risks presented by COVID-19. In an effort to be transparent with our guests and to protect the Venue and Event Organizer, we require all visitors to read and accept the COVID-19 Liability Waiver below: By purchasing tickets and entering the Venue, you agree to comply with all policies, guidelines, and preventive measures implemented designed to reduce the spread of COVID-19, as well as applicable federal, state, and local government rules, regulations, and recommendations, and I acknowledge: Despite efforts to enact health and safety measures, entering the Venue and attending this event still may pose a risk to your safety and presents an increased risk of exposure to and infection with COVID-19. You assume and accept all risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss. You understand that this waiver means you give up your right to bring any claims, including but not limited to claims of negligence. Admission to the Event may be conditioned on meeting certain criteria and compliance with rules and regulations which we may establish at the time to protect all involved with the concert, lecture and/or event, including but not limited to wearing of a face covering at all times over nose and mouth, and a health screening process, which may include but not be limited to a temperature check, vaccination verification, and your certification that at the time of entry you have not been diagnosed with, had close contact with someone who was diagnosed with, or exhibited known symptoms of, COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Visitors who do not follow applicable protocols or meet vaccination requirements may be asked to leave the premises. Event Organizer and Venue reserve the right to remove any person acting in an unacceptable or inappropriate manner, including but not limited to abusive or threatening behavior. By participation in this event, you understand and agree that the law of Iowa will apply.
