In observance of Black History Month, Build Up People, Inc. is hosting a region-wide Oratorical Competition for Middle & High School students. Topic: "Young, Gifted, & Black." Homeschooled students are encouraged to participate.1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prizes will be awarded in each division based on criteria outlined in the application package.
