The ideal candidate will be highly efficient in all phases of Bookkeeping, experienced in AR, AP, Collections, Posting, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, Payroll & strong computer literacy. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Accounts payable including check preparation. • Accounts receivable including follow-ups & collection calls. • Posting daily payments. • Daily Bank reconciliation. • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
