Join us Thursday, February 9th for a blissful, candlelight couple’s yoga experience in the beautiful District Edina building. This will be a relaxing, yet juicy yoga flow for couples. We will focus on your breath, creating a relaxing atmosphere and building meaningful connections. All while reaping the wonderful health benefits yoga offers to our central nervous system and mental health.
We will introduce you to traditional Yin-Yoga poses as well as Tantra basics. This will be a guided yoga practice, being modeled and with hands on assistance. We will be including tradition yoga poses such as tree, happy baby, lotus, and triangle.
Come to relax, recharge, and reflex on the beauty that life it. And end the class with a glass of wine (for those 21+), or Kombucha, and experience the bliss of body, mind, and soul connection.
Please remember to bring a yoga matt and a bottle of water.
