Small business exterior cleaning and restoration

I am adding small roof and gutter repairs to an existing exterior cleaning business. These are generally small repairs that would take a couple of people a day or 2 at the most to complete. Large houses which can be more than 2,500 sqft and houses as small as 500 sqft. This individual might be between jobs, or looking for extra money to start off the new year. I am also looking for an individual to do ground work, 1 or 2 days per week, daytime hours range from 8am to 5pm. Need to have reliable transportation, be able to work in cold temperatures, and be able to follow directions. Must be able to lift 16, 28, and 32 foot ladders to clean gutters up to 2 stories. Will be required to move ladders, and water hoses around the property. Know how to handle tools provided. This can be easy money if done properly.
