We need someone who is able to get around the entire metro area plus outlying towns, to show buyers homes or stop by our listings with signs or lock boxes or to meet inspectors, appraisers etc. When one of our Brokers are not available. No license required, since just providing access and no information. Must have reliable vehicle, and be comfortable meeting and interacting with our clients, a flexible schedule to do misc. appointments from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week and be able to pass a back ground check. Independent contractor, 0-8 hours per week, $30 an hour, paid from the time you leave your house until you return home from the showing or errand, paid by Venmo within 24 hours. Great fun way to learn the RE business and make some extra money, perfect for Ride share drivers or food delivery folks, to add to your income.
