We are seeking self-motivated individuals with a desire to bring a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic to their dedicated custodial team. ! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ! The school custodians are responsible for daily maintaining a safe and clean environment in the school for the students, faculty, staff, and community The following benefits are available to eligible employees: *medical insurance *dental insurance *vision insurance GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Manage your time well in order to compete all assignments in each designated area Practice safe use of all cleaning chemicals and equipment Dust, wipe down, and sanitize all surfaces (desks, counters, tables, cabinets, shelves, etc.) Check walls for markings or graffiti and remove properly if found Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners Mop or vacuum floors in each assigned area Restock the cleaning carts before/ after each shift as needed Return all cleaning supplies to their proper location after each shift Rinse and sanitize all cleaning equipment used during each shift Alert supervisors of any equipment or cleaning supply needs Secure all areas once cleaning is completed EXPERIENCE & PHYSICAL DEMANDS No previous experience required Must be okay with using a ladder to reach taller areas Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and reach for long periods of time SCREENING / TESTING: All candidates must be willing and able to undergo and pass: Drug screen Criminal background screen Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: *Dental insurance *Health insurance *Vision insurance Physical setting: Public school Schedule: Flexible! 8 hour shift 2nd Shift Looking to apply??
