Description
I think it was between exits 40-41 going east. Big traffic jam around 3 PM. At the end, it looked like scrap metal on the road. Didn't know if a piece of the bridge broke or it was leftovers from a car or what. I wanted to snap a pic, but didn't. Was wondering if anyone got a photo or just a closer look.
