Accessible Space, Inc. a national non-profit provider of housing is seeking an experienced Part Time Property Caretaker/Building Maintenance for our locations in the Twin Cities - up to 30 hours Candidate will perform minor maintenance, general upkeep, work order completion etc. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and be able to work without direct supervision. Should also possess excellent time management skills, professional demeanor along with the ability to communicate in a professional manner. At least 18 months related work experience.
