Schedule: Full-time. The shift after required training will be 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM CST, including some weekends.
COMPENSATION: $15 per hour plus bonus incentives (payout range between 2.5%-15%).

Handle incoming calls for a variety of Marriott hotels.
Assist customers with their reservations or questions through preferred channels including phone, email, and chat messages.
Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests.
