Looking to add a Landscape Enhancements Production Manager to our team (Based out of Newington, NH). This person would ultimately join our team now, assisting to manage our Seacoast snow accounts while learning the Outdoor Pride way. In the green season you would be physically performing work with the team while also spending time outside of jobs scheduling, hiring and planning for upcoming jobs. See job description below or go to our website to learn more: The Landscape Enhancements Production Manager plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, and efficiency of field enhancement operations. They manage all aspects of landscape enhancement operations for our Seacoast division – assisting the Enhancements Manager with scheduling as well as directing personnel and resources towards providing quality, cost-effective services to clients. The Production Manager will be responsible for training and developing the individuals reporting to them by providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance. They will take a very active role working with the crews to ensure quality and training. We currently have (5) personnel that would be direct reports. Common enhancement projects include tree/shrub plantings, pruning, wood line clearing, grading, small patio installs, annual color installs and more. Experience in these a must. Need to be a people person with ability to motivate. Being handy with tools and able to fix equipment is necessary as well. Experience with other machinery such as excavators, chippers, skid steers, loaders, etc essential as well. Winter would be managing an area or very large snow site. Experience in that sense is also a must as we provide zero tolerance snow removal services to clients.
