RV WATER PUMP AND PROPANE WIRING HELP NEEDED BY A DISABLED SENIOR

I live in a 2018 Thor A.C.E. 30.4 Motorhome. I am 74-years-old- a veteran, bankrupt, and disabled. I have no heat as there seems to be some kind of disconnect to interfere with the propane or electricity. I have no water as the Countryside RV Park water just dribbles. Their water pressure is great, so it's no water pump action that causes the dribble. I ordered a replacement water pump (due 1/31/2023), but YouTube videos indicate it probably just needs an $8 switch replaced. I need someone to come to Countryside RV Park, Space 66, 741 CR-489, Lake Panasoffkee, Florida 33538 to fix one or both of these. I need someone who knows what they are doing, so express interest with a brief explanation of why you are the right person for me. Please quote an hourly rate. If you can repair the water pump without using the replacement unit, I'll pay a $25 bonus. Green cash money.
