Free screener for 13-15-year-olds with behavioral issues

The Salekin Lab at the University of Alabama is conducting a study with teenagers aged 13-15 years old who have behavioral and/or emotional problems. We will provide feedback after the study on whether the teen should receive formal diagnostic testing and resources to seek out testing. Families will receive $20 and also be entered into a drawing for prizes including: 1 Grand prize: $100 gift card 1 Second prize: $75 gift card 1 Third prizes: $25 gift card Participation consists of one parent and their child coming to the Salekin Lab to complete questionnaires and role-play activities that examine personality and behavior. The study will last approximately 60 minutes and families will receive $20 for their time. How to contact us? Only the research team members will have access to the information you provide. The data will be printed and password-protected and kept in locked filing cabinets in the laboratory at the University of Alabama. Only summarized data will be presented at meetings or in publications. The findings will be useful to mental health professionals who provide treatment services to children and adolescents as well as the broader society at large.
