Sound bar help

I bought a used sound bar and subwoofer. Suppose to be like new but can’t get it even to turn on. It’s all hooked up properly. Anybody available to help figure out how to get it going ? I’m in Williston. I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer but it had to be something simple
