Lead Driver/Manager responsibilities and profile Responsibilities • Receive calls and manage online orders • Manage routes for daily deliveries • Deliver Dumpsters • Pickup Dumpsters • Return Dumpsters to yard as needed • Maintain dumpsters in good working and good looking condition • Maintain Vehicle(s) in good working and good looking condition • Work with landfill partners to manage costs Profile • Hard working • Able to problem solve and improvise • Handy, able to fix small items and find partners who can fix the larger problems • Positive attitude and ability to work with customers
