It's finally time to get this band started. I'm Jamison, I'm 38, unmarried, no kids, and I own a house in Springdale on 2 acres with a nice big garage where we can make as much noise as we want. I'm seeking like minded musicians to start something new with. I'm a singer/guitar player/song writer, but I'm not a control freak. I love collaboration and thrive on the energy of a group creation. As for genre- I don't want to put this in a box. Groove, melody, harmony, sophistication, fun, colorful, unique... writing originals as well as covering songs, but I'd like the covers to feel fresh and have our own take on them. For an example of this- do a youtube dive on a band called Scary Pockets. Here's what I'm looking for- Lead Guitar Player- well rounded and has the ability to write and be the musical director of the group Drummer- deep pocket and steady Bass Player- a true bass player, not a guitar player with a bass Keys- female would be really nice for harmony opportunities Age/gender doesn't really matter as long as we can get on the same page and have fun together. I'd want to get together twice a week and have a schedule that everybody can commit to. I'd be open to play all kinds of shows, I have an inside track on wedding gigs.
