Description

The primary responsibilities of the Mechanic Assembler will involve assembling mechanical parts to ensure the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: • Assemble components to a final configured product utilizing process and drawing instructions and blueprints, using specialized tooling and fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools • Test assembled parts to ensure the functionality • Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process • Inspect and prepare all parts per written and visual instructions • Ensure all work performed meets or exceeds quality specifications • Wear the proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) • Follow all quality and safety programs Requirements: • A minimum of 6 months experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment • Preferably experience with brazing refrigeration copper tubing using sil-fos and silver brazing alloy • The ability to read a tape measure • Basic power tool knowledge • Strong attention to detail • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Please respond with work history/resume or call for appointment: 513-334-4040.
