Trillium Construction is hiring for several Traveling Concrete Foreman for projects throughout Kentucky and the surrounding area. This is a full-time, long-term, direct-hire position paying between $31/hr - $35/hr, plus benefits, 401k with 4% match, and flexible PTO. Duties: · Responsible for the overall safety of the employees under their supervision · Ensures that personal protective equipment is available and utilized by the employees · Ability to work with concrete, tie rebar, operate equipment, etc. · Monitors expenditures to ensure they remain within budget · Installation of forms for placing concrete and grout · Performs proper installation of reinforcing, anchors, and embeds · Ability and willingness to train those working around them · Use levels: site, laser, transit, etc. · Performs layout functions · Figures volumes, square footage, etc. of materials based on job including concrete yardage, rock, and sand tonnage · Orders necessary materials to specifications to ensure timely delivery so as to meet all scheduling demands · Selects and utilizes proper materials and/or tools for designated tasks · Accurately measures, cuts, and installs materials · Performs safe operation of carpentry hand tools Qualifications: · 5+ years of industry experience, specifically industrial · Must be able to complete STA’s, Equipment Checklists, and complete Hot Work forms not excluding an understanding of the permit processes · OSHA certification and familiarity with OSHA requirements · Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
