Masonry/Stucco Chimney Subcontractor Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced masonry/stucco subcontractor to work on residential chimney construction and repair projects. The successful candidate will have experience working with brick, stone, and stucco to repair and construct chimneys. Responsibilities: Work with the parent company to ensure project timelines and budgets are met Prepare and lay bricks, stones, and stucco for chimney construction and repair projects Repair and maintain existing chimneys Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Communicate effectively with the general contractor and other subcontractors Read and interpret blueprints and building codes Keep a clean and organized job site Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in masonry and stucco work, specifically with chimneys Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication skills have a valid driver's license, contractors license and General Liability Insurance. Must have own tools and transportation The subcontractor will be paid 20-25% of projects total worth Email Eric @ [email protected] if interested.
