Description

We are looking for a part time Cleaning Technician to service a number of our managed properties in the area. This job entails a wide variety of custodial tasks including but not limited to floor care, dusting, detail and deep cleaning, carpet extraction, and light window washing. This role will initially be part time and could convert to full time, based on skill set and performance. Responsibilities: • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs Qualifications: • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills
