Let's not make the same mistake twice

50 years ago almost everybody involved in Watergate went to prison. Except Nixon who got pardoned. Everybody thought the Watergate scandal would serve as a warning that no President was above being investigated. But some in the GOP saw the pardon as evidence that a President would never be convicted and sent to prison. Only the henchmen would be held accountable. In retrospect, the Nixon pardon was a mistake and we're paying for it now. The people that care about America know what needs to be done.
