This role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This person will must be able to pay attention to detail and be able to identify contaminates.REQUIREDMust be a positive team player of strong morale character to join our team of champions! First and foremost we are an accepting and inclusive group who loves cannabis and know how to work hard, work together and achieve results!SHIFT:Evenings 4pm-12:30am Monday - Friday PAY: Base pay $16/hour + Evening shift differential *frequent reviews and opportunity for raises!*BENEFITS: Health, Vision, Dental, 50% Discount (industry leading), PTO, PSL and OT when available (holiday pay of 1.5X)RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room. Keeping up with Company daily shift quotas Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming Cannabis Effectively remove sugar leaf and stems from product Occasionally assist other departments with harvest trimming Responsible for maintaining quality products Be aware of different strains of cannabis being processed in room, and being mindful of cross contamination Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Team Lead and/or Trim Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS Cannabis Industry experience (preferred but not required) High School diploma or equivalent required Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Sanctuary Medicinals is a proud equal opportunity employer.
