Liberty NY based Home Medical Equipment Company seeks a full time apprentice to complete our team. Candidate must have the following capabilities and attributes: Comfort with tools and basic mechanical systems. Excellent communication skills, spoken and written. Minimum education of HS diploma or GED. Clean NYS Dr. Lic. Business and personal references. Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds, on occasion. Willingness to assist in daily operations which may at times include retail store maintenance. Performance of this position will require significant travel throughout the Hudson Valley, entering customers' home to deliver, repair and install mobility and accessibility products. You will be required to learn about the equipment well enough to explain its use to our customers. We find our work to be extremely rewarding because we know we are doing much more than delivering merchandise, we are empowering people to remain safely in their homes.
