We are looking for a local reliable and responsible person to help with various tasks such as meeting with tenants and contractors, showing spaces, taking pictures and videos, etc. You will be checking on a few different sites making sure things look good. Paying close attention to any maintenance needs that may occur so that Management office and dispatch appropriate contractor. Bonus if you are handy and can perform some handy tasks.
Perfect for someone who is a retiree, generally available, or looking for part time work a few hours per week. Should be available when a tenant calls the office and there is an issue to go to the site. Must also be available to meet with contractors and on an as-needed basis. Light cleaning such as picking up/sweeping litter in parking lot. If you can do light handy work is a bonus.
Looking for long term as-needed arrangement.
