Merit Restorations is looking for experienced Carpenters/Handymen who are skilled in residential remodeling with skills in framing, finish carpentry, drywall/paint and limited skills in plumbing and electrical. You must have your own tools, transportation (preferably work truck or van), willing to work independently as a 1099 Independent Contractor, be able to provide at least 3 Professional references, and be able to start immediately. The idea canidate has experience with the following: - Drywall - Painting - Light Plumbing - Light Electrical - Rough Carpentry - Finish Carpentry - Tile - Minor Exterior Improvements The pay is very competitive and will be discussed upon hire, licensing is preferred but not required.
