Ed and Peggy Callahan are retired physicians who continue their health care mission by growing organic fruit for our community. They started Dream Apple Farm in 2012 and have expanded the orchard to over 1300 trees along with raspberry and rhubarb production. Located in Port Washington WI, all fruit on the farm has been USDA certified organic since 2017. Meet your farmer, know your (organic) food! You are what your food ate, but what did your food eat?
