What do BCBAs working across different settings need to understand about their clients rights in the special education system? How can BCBAs effectively manage relationships with both school districts and families to advocate for the needs of the children and families they serve? This in-person CEU will look at special education law at both the federal and state level and give BCBAs information and tools they need to navigate their own ethics codes and the laws and policies of special education.
