Description

Breathwork For Black Women was created so women that black women would have a safe space to heal together. As a black woman I have had a very difficult time finding black facilitators/instructors and therapist. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The practice of Breathwork is simply breathing consciously and intentionally. During this 60 minute breathwork experience I will be guiding breathers through a meditative and transformational journey. After experiencing the instant and consistent transformation of breathwork, I wanted to share it with the world. Specifically black women. As a certified Trauma Informed Black Breathwork Facilitator, I provide a safe space for black women to heal. Through this breathwork experience women can process and release stuck or shoved down emotions, connect to their intuition, creativity, and higher self. Thus, providing a better quality of life for themselves. Sessions are approximately 1.5 hours and have 4 parts: 1) Screening (this is always done prior to the session to be sure this type of breathing is safe for the participant) 2) Approximately 15 minute intro talk including Q & A. 3) 60 minutes of music along with my voice guiding you through the breathwork journey. 4) Sharing circle to assist with integration It is important not to eat a large meal 2 hours before the breathwork journey.
