Joel Warner has had an interest in family history since he was a boy. His mother and grandparents shared stories of how his ancestors emigrated to America, the problems that they faced and what was left behind. He has been an active member of the Southern Genealogy Exchange Society and former board member, past president of the Jacksonville Geneaology Society, and has served on the planning committee of the North Florida Genealogy Conference.
