Description

February is a leap year for you. No, not that kind of leap year where there are 29 days in February. I’m talking about your painting skill leaping to the next level of understanding, and proficiency! Are you a painting beginner who wants to learn painting essentials and the craft of painting? Then this workshop is for you. Are you an intermediate painter who wants to learn painting skills, tips, and techniques to take your painting further than you thought possible? Then this workshop is for you. Looking to try your hand at a new medium? Then this workshop is for you. It doesn’t matter if you’re painting in acrylics, watercolor, or pastel, this workshop has something for everyone. Want to paint a still life? Bring a set-up to paint from. Prefer to paint a landscape from a photo you bring to class? We’ll help you with that. You may even have time to do both! Are you working on a painting that needs a helpful critique? We’ll help with that, too. Award-winning artist, Gerard Bianco, has been guiding artists for over forty years, teaching the craft of painting from the ground up. From the basics to the more intricate and subtle aspects of painting, his hands-on approach will help you to mix colors, understand values, and learn the craft of painting to take your art to new heights. Here’s your opportunity to spend six hours with a painting professional who will personally guide you on your painting path. $99 workshop fee does not include materials. A supply list can be emailed upon request. NOTE: Masks are optional for this workshop. We will have an hour break for lunch between Noon-1pm. Bring your own lunch or check out one of the local restaurants in the area. About the instructor: Gerard Bianco is an award-winning artist, author, and teacher with over 40 years' experience.
