Roofing Contractor Hiring Job-site Supervisors We’re looking for hard workers that will be managing new job sites everyday and will face different challenges that will come during the building process. This is a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to learn in a strong industry with an established company. We’re looking for immediate hires. compensation: Salary + Incentives + Company Vehicle + Company phone + Benefits employment type: full-time Responsibilities: - Managing entire job site from start to finish - Delivering extra materials needed to complete the roof - Taking photos of entire process for inspection/insurance purposes - Making sure roofers are using all safety equipment necessary - Communicating with customers throughout the building process - Completing a report after every job Requirements -18 years of age -Ability to work safely at heights above 6 feet on roofs of all pitches -Physically able to lift and move up to 100 pounds -Clean driving record -Ability to work independently with minimal management -Ability to effectively communicate with customers Physical Activities & Environmental Conditions · Regular repetitive motions including the wrists, hands and/or fingers · Regular exposure to environmental conditions such as low/high temperatures, noisy environments, hazardous conditions, small and/or enclosed spaces, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind · Required to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc. · Required to drive for business purposes Job Type: Full-time Salary: $600.00 - $800.00 per week - Bonus Pay!!
