Description

During the event youl will try 4 different types of Chacha. Quick summary: Chacha - Georgian pomace brandy, clear and strong. Once the wine had been run off its skins at the end of the fermentation, it was put through a full malolactic fermentation in oak barrels to fully bring out the finesse and expressiveness of the aromas. The aging process, which lasted approximately 12-14 months, then began and took place in 60 gallon French and Hungarian oak barrels, partly new and partly used once previously. In order to make your tasting experience full, we will serve phali appetizer with every order of tasting set. Quick Summary: Phali is a traditional Georgian dish of chopped and minced vegetables, made of spinach, beets and combined with ground walnuts, vinegar, onions, garlic, and herbs. We will have a lot of fun together discovering Georgian cuisine. There can be moments of sadness, while we will talk about Ukrainians bravery. And maybe you will leave an event with one of souvenirs that we will sell during an event. Bevri restaurant has been very kind to offer their place, their Chacha, food and expertise for this event. If you've never tried ChaCha or if you'd like to know more about various types and the process of creating them this would be a perfect event for that.
