Chef Lance Nitahara, assistant professor of Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY, joins our students for an amazing culinary experience. The students will help Chef Lance learn his story as he mentors them through a menu of modern, beautiful and delicious courses. Coming from education, not only will our guests walk away with a fabulous experience but our students will continue to develop and refine what they know and engage in learning new challenging and innovative techniques and flavors.
