Join as we come together and love one another as a whole and as a community. Its time to disconnect from electronics and tune back into self, by tuning into nature. Did you know nature gives off whats called negative ions, electronics give of positive ions... sounds backward but hey! In this digital age we are always working and it can be draining; now as we are getting back outside its time to embrace natures healing abilities. Being in nature can help calm anxiety, help manage stress, help with depression and really elevate ones mood and emotions. We are excited to create this space for love, healing and reconnection. We'd love to see you on our first Turkey Mountain Meet Up and monthly the last Sunday of every month. There will be sound bowls, Yoga, guided meditation, hot tea, coco, juice/ smoothies and fruit bowls and muffins. *When we begin the tour we ask that all phones be kept in the car*
