Valentine's Day reminds us to be loving and kind. We invite you to celebrate this lovely holiday through movement and crafts inside YUJ Yoga in North Fargo. This is the perfect way to let go of your everyday stress and bond with your little love bug. This event will include a 40 minute gentle yoga sequence. After we breathe, move our bodies, and lightly meditate we will move into crafting. Each parent & child duo will make and decorate their own Love Bug crowns. Details: When: Sunday, February 12th Time: 11am -12pm Where: YUJ Yoga (1445 1st Ave N. Fargo ND. 58102) Single Ticket Includes: 1 Child (Ages 4 - 8) + 1 Adult 2 Yoga Mats + Props For Class Craft Supplies for Love Bug Crown Caretakers welcome. No yoga experience needed.
