This one-hour discussion will be hosted by myself, Jami Allred, where I will share my own journey with fibromyalgia, in order to open the topic around our individual capabilities of self-healing. I will cover the various modalities that helped me, and why, as well as discussing the gaps in education that we are given around our own conditions. The latter part of the hour will be open for group discussion and sharing, so please bring a positive, open-minded attitude to the discussion.
