Our partnership with the Texas Parks of Wildlife, Stewards of the Wild, has led us to provide this informational two part series. One of our owners and Executive Chef Brian presents the breakdown of an entire fish in this first class. This Fish Breakdown will be approximately 1.5 hours, followed by the cooking and serving of this meal.
This tickets includes: the informational breakdown of an entire fish, the meal served from this fish, and an alcoholic beverage of your choice. The Breakdown will be from 3:30-5pm and dinner will be from 5-6pm.
