We are a national property management company seeking a certified HVAC technician possessing also general carpentry skills, to join our maintenance team in Camden, NJ. We own and manage approximately 400 apartments in Camden. Buildings have different HVAC systems including boilers, radiators, central air condensers, etc. Requirements: - Must have extensive HVAC experience - Must be able to repair and service boilers and condensers. - Must be able to replace or repair furnaces, inducer motors, blower motors, water pumps, fan replacements, flame sensors, transformer replacements, limit switches, pressure switches, thermostats, circuit boards, gas pipes, condensation drains, and gas valves. - Perform general carpentry (drywall, painting, flooring, etc.) when not servicing HVAC
