Join us for this co-creative workshop, where we will be connecting with nature and one another to embody an empowered, playful, sensual YOU! Using authentic movement to shed the parts of ourselves that hinder our freedom, we will 'dance' into a place of wholeness as we re-claiming our sensuality both externally and within.
